Affiliate programme terms

Version affiliate-fixed-monthly-2026-10-15. These rules apply alongside the Coulbe terms and privacy policy. Previously promised customer discounts are preserved.

The essentials

  • Earn a fixed amount for every covered paid subscription month: Start €10, Plus €20 and Pro €30. This applies to monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including renewals, with no fixed end date while the subscription remains paid.
  • Under the current customer offer, a valid partner code linked before the first purchase gives 150 bonus credits once on the first qualifying successful payment of at least €9.99 for a pack or monthly subscription. Starter alone does not qualify; a later qualifying purchase does. No expiry or extra affiliate discount. Previously promised rights remain.
  • A customer must apply your code before their first purchase. Their account stays linked to you; they cannot switch partners.
  • Initial payout rules: a 30-day hold, then monthly bank payouts from €25 available commission. Smaller balances carry forward.

Commission and customer benefit

  • Partners earn Start €10, Plus €20 or Pro €30 per covered paid subscription month, with no fixed end date while the subscription remains paid.
  • Monthly payments cover one monthly commission, quarterly payments three and annual payments twelve.
  • Commission is earned monthly, not all at once when a quarter or year is paid.
  • Turning off renewal does not remove commission for months already paid for.
  • The trial week, credit top-ups and other one-off purchases do not earn fixed commission, except a paid plan upgrade: it earns only the proportional rate difference for the remaining covered time, not a second full reward.
  • Existing referrals retain their original commission arrangement, including on future invoices.
  • The fixed monthly amounts apply to new referrals from the effective date of this programme version.
  • Earlier payments retain their original percentage and correction rules; existing paid coverage is not recalculated.
  • New referred customers receive 150 bonus credits once, after their first regular paid subscription invoice.
  • Bonus credits never expire and are not awarded again for renewals, plan changes or restarting a subscription.
  • The trial week, credit top-ups and other one-off purchases do not qualify.
  • Standard plan prices and plan discounts still apply; this offer provides no additional subscription discount.
  • Existing partner attributions with the previously promised 20% subscription discount retain that discount under the original highest-discount rule and do not also receive this bonus.

Attribution and honest promotion

  • Customers must explicitly apply an active code before their first purchase.
  • Account attribution is permanent and cannot be switched.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading claims are not permitted.
  • Clearly disclose that you may earn commission.
  • Describe Coulbe honestly as an AI photo and video service.
  • Never promise guaranteed results or income.

Review and payouts

  • The initial payout rules are a 30-day holding period and monthly payouts from €25 available commission; lower balances carry forward.
  • Coulbe reviews and records payouts manually and may request necessary payment and tax details.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and invalid referrals can reverse commission or block it pending manual review.
  • Corrections may be offset against future earnings.
  • For earlier percentage-based arrangements, payments without reliable VAT information remain unpriced until checked.
  • Before your first payout, contact Coulbe support to arrange only the payment and tax details needed for a manual bank payout.
  • A refund, withdrawal, disputed payment or abuse may block or revoke the bonus linked to that payment.
  • Bonus credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Programme management

  • Coulbe may pause participation while investigating abuse and end participation for a breach of these rules.
  • Valid earned commission remains subject to review, refunds and the payout threshold.
  • Changes are communicated before they apply and do not retroactively change valid earned commission.
  • You remain responsible for your tax obligations.
  • Joining requires no fixed fee or paid tool subscription.
