1. Acceptance and new referrals Participation in this version requires your explicit acceptance. It applies only to new customer referrals successfully linked to you after that acceptance. Your existing partner identity, codes, links, referrals and acquired payout rights remain intact. Existing referrals keep their original fixed or percentage commission arrangement on future payments and corrections, even if you accept this version or their customer purchases V6. Acceptance does not move existing referrals to this version. While this version is offered, new V6 code claims cannot be completed until the partner has accepted it. An already linked customer keeps that attribution.

2. Commission For referrals created under this version, commission is 15% of the actually paid purchase amount after actual VAT and successful refunds, before payment fees or provider costs. Qualifying purchases are regular one-off V6 credit packs with an original paid amount of at least €9.99, and each actually paid V6 monthly subscription invoice. Starter does not earn commission. A later qualifying purchase by that referred customer can earn commission. A credit pack does not create a subscription. Commission on subscription renewals continues while qualifying payments remain attributable to your referral, without a fixed end date. No commission or income is guaranteed. Missing reliable VAT or refunded VAT information leaves the amount unpriced until it is established; no model VAT rate is substituted. Amounts are rounded down to euro cents using the existing percentage calculation.

3. Customer benefit and honest promotion A customer must explicitly link an active code before their first purchase or an open checkout. Attribution is permanent and cannot be switched. The first qualifying successful payment of at least €9.99 for a V6 pack or monthly subscription earns 150 bonus credits once under the customer bonus rules. Starter alone does not qualify; a later qualifying payment can qualify. Renewals, plan changes and restarting do not award a second bonus. Existing promised discounts and previously acquired bonus rights remain intact. Bonus credits have no cash value and do not count as purchased credits in a refund. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading claims are prohibited. Clearly disclose that you may earn commission. Describe the AI photo and video service honestly; never promise guaranteed results or income.

4. Holding period and payment The existing 30-day holding period and monthly manual bank payouts from €25 available commission continue; lower balances carry forward. Coulbe reviews and records payouts and may request the payment and tax details needed for a manual payout. Pending refunds, withdrawals, chargebacks, abuse or unreliable financial sources can block commission for review. Successful refunds and lost disputes reverse the affected commission, and corrections may be offset against future earnings. A refund, withdrawal, dispute or abuse may also block or revoke the customer bonus linked to that payment.

5. Existing rights and programme administration Coulbe may pause participation while investigating abuse and end participation for a breach of these rules. Valid earned commission remains subject to review, refunds and the payout threshold. Changes are communicated before they apply and do not retroactively change valid earned commission or an existing referral agreement. You remain responsible for your tax obligations. Joining requires no fixed fee or paid tool subscription. This version changes neither an existing customer's subscription discount nor their saved purchase contract.
